    Most files should come as attachment to emails. Print ready files are pdf, tiff and adobe ai format files.
  • 3, We inspect your artwork and confirm by sending and email."
    If your file is good as expected, we will verify. If it needs touch up or small adjustments, we can fix the issues and notify you. However, if there are bigger issues, we will reject the file and tell you what the problems are.
  • 4, We invoice you."
    We will send you an invoice as an attachment. Please check if the specifications, prices, taxes and shipping address are all correct. So, there shouldn't be any surprises, and we all get along well.
  • 5, You pay."
    We accept email interac money transfer as well as major credit cards. or cheques,
  • 6, We print and ship."
    After the payment, we will go to print right away. Most jobs take 2 or 3 days to complete, give or take 1 or 2 days for shipping. If there is any urgency on your part, please let us know, we would try our best.
